Workconnekt is a platform that connects service providers (“Providers”) and customers (“Customers”). Providers can create profiles and offer services, and Customers can book these services. Workconnekt is not a party to any agreements made between Providers and Customers and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any services provided.
6. Payment and Fees
Customers may be required to pay for services through the Workconnekt platform. Providers may be subject to commission fees as determined by Workconnekt. All payments and fees are subject to our Payment Policy (link to your payment policy).
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the individual Providers. Customers should review the Provider’s cancellation and refund policies before booking a service. Workconnekt is not responsible for any cancellations or refunds.
8. Reviews and Feedback
Customers can leave reviews and feedback for Providers after completing a service. You agree to provide honest and accurate reviews. Workconnekt reserves the right to remove any reviews that violate our guidelines or are deemed inappropriate.
9. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on the Workconnekt website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Workconnekt or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Workconnekt is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages resulting from errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays, computer viruses, or loss of data.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Workconnekt, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services.
